Schedule:

We always make our best efforts to run on the published schedule, but accept no responsibility for any inconvenience experienced due to travel circumstance beyond our control, such as extreme weather and road conditions. Safety is our first concern, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel service even as late as the morning of departure, under hazardous circumstance, and re-schedule (issue of a credit) for a different date. Under such conditions no refund will be issued.

 

We do not accept responsibility for the expenses of guests should we be stranded due to extreme inclement weather, or road closures.

 

If service is not provided Whistler Ski Bus reserves the right to decide, solely at our own direction, whether a refund in appropriate, and limit our responsibility to the value of the ticket only. Reservations are valid on the date specified for the tour, and not transferable.

 

Refunds:

No refunds within 48 hours of departure. Pervious to 48 hrs full amount less a 10% handling fee.

 

Smoking and the consumption of Alcoholic Beverages not permitted aboard our vehicles.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time without refund, solely at the discretion of the driver/guide.

 

Package Pricing:

Lift tickets, rental and ski school pricing listed on our site is for the 2007/08 winter season and available only when purchased in combination with our day trips. Baggage:

All property is stored on our vehicles is at guest’s risk. The guest will be responsible for their own baggage, and are required to observe their baggage at all stops. We do not accept any responsibility for loss, or damage of any article of baggage. We do not accept any liability for property that has been left on in our vehicles.

 

Liability:

Whistler Ski Bus will not be liable for delays caused by acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, peril of navigation, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to accidents, breakdowns, bad condition of the road, storms and other conditions beyond its control, and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time

 

If any acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, peril of navigation, strikes, accidents, breakdowns, bad condition of the road, storms and other conditions beyond its control, make it, in the opinion of Whistler Ski Bus, its staff or agents, inadvisable to operate its service, we shall not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damages for any reason whatsoever.

 

Claims:

All claims for damages or refunds of whatever character or nature must be made within 48 hours of occurrence with Whistler Ski Bus head office.
